We purchased a gadget that malfunctioned after just a month. The replacement also failed after four months. They suggested we upgrade to their newest model and refused to refund or swap the second faulty device. After I voiced my concerns and posted this review, the company reached out, apologized, and offered to replace the second broken item. They even threw in a discount for the upgrade, but only if I took down my negative review. We were hesitant to get a new one since we couldn’t be sure the same issue wouldn’t pop up again. The problem wasn’t due to us mishandling the device, as we’ve been wrongly accused, but rather loose wires in the charging port. And even with the generous 50% discount on the upgrade, it was still out of our budget. So, while the company made an effort to rectify the situation, it felt too pricey, and I was uncomfortable with the repeated requests to retract my honest feedback. The product itself is decent and did its job, but we found it unreliable, so our search continues.
